Our History in a Nutshell

2009-2012  After developing a new process to produce Nano-Pigments from Iron Chlorides, Tal Or offered a leading galvanizer in Israel, to apply part of its Nano technology, as an alternative to disposing used HCL pickling acid. Successful tests of the technology resulted in the installation of a regeneration system in 2 plants, and Tal Or applied for its 1st patent.

2013-2015 Following the successful installation and implementation in Israel, Tal Or signed a worldwide distribution agreement with a reputable supplier to the industry, and concentrated on its R&D efforts to replace the HCL acid with a new, environmental friendly acid mix based on an Phosphoric acid, and when successful, named it the GF (Green Future) System. The first system was installed in Israel, and Tal Or applied for a 2nd patent.

2016-2017 Tal Or continued its extensive R&D, and developed a recycling process that enables the recycling of the sludge coming out of the acid regeneration process. This makes the GF System a Sustainable System (all the materials involved are re-usable, and new materials are required only for topping-up). Tal Or applies for a 3rd patent.

2018 With the ability to offer the metal pre-treatment market a comprehensive and competitive process, Tal Or identified potential markets, among them the metal galvanizing and electro-plating industries, and began extensive marketing efforts worldwide.
