Green Future (GF) Technology, a proprietary & patented pickling and recovery process developed by Tal Or Ecology and in use since 2015, replaces the currently used HCL and Sulfuric acids for pickling metals, with a new mix of acids named GF2 based mainly on Phosphoric acid. 

Optimal levels of acid concentration and iron content are maintained within a pre-determined range, through real-time batch regeneration of the GF2 chemical. The regeneration agent itself, named GF1, is then fully recovered by recycling the sludge produced by the regeneration process, and the final secondary material is cleaned, dried and sold. 

This dual regeneration-recycling process, ensures almost 100% recovery of both materials, the pickling acid GF2 and the regeneration agent GF1, thus ensuring a true sustainable, environmentally friendly pickling process.
